- Italy: Standard Shipping €7 - FREE for orders over €200

- Austria, Germany, France: Standard Shipping €10 - FREE for orders over €250

- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain: Standard Shipping €15 - FREE for orders over €250

- Other EU countries: Standard Shipping €15 - FREE for orders over €250

Order Processing Times

- Orders are processed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

- Orders from new users may experience slight delays due to verification procedures.

Customs Clearance Failure
