Return Policy

If you have changed your mind, you can return a product within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that your refund will be issued upon evaluation by our quality control team. Between the date you send the item back to us and the date we confirm whether the return has been accepted can take anywhere from 8 to 20 days, depending on the period.

Returned products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, must have all their original labels, and must be in their original packaging.

It is mandatory to complete the Online Return Procedure (see the "How to Make a Return" section for more details).

 

How to Make a Return

1. Complete the Online Return Process by logging into your account, after selecting “REQUEST RETURN”, in the appropriate section (under each item) you can request a return for refund or exchange by telling us in the notes which size and/or color you wish to exchange with.

2. Please note that in case of a total change of product, different from the one purchased, you will be sent, after the delivery of the return, a cart credit that you can use for your next purchases.

3. Once your return request is authorized, send your return to the following address:

Please note that it may take approximately three weeks between the date you send the item back to us and the date we confirm whether the return has been accepted.

 

Package Return Costs

If you wish to make a return for refund, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, will be solely at your expense. We recommend choosing a shipment that allows package tracking so you can easily monitor the status of your return, and to keep the return shipping receipt for any subsequent checks.

Refunds

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by making your return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Make sure you have read our Return Policy, then return the product following our instructions.

 

Refund Amount

The administrative costs of the refund are borne by the store. On the contrary, all shipping costs of the product, whether by courier or postal service, are borne by the customer. You will therefore be fully refunded the value of the returned products.

You will be refunded:

- the cost of the products.

The following will be deducted from the refund:

- the value of the standard shipping;

- in case of return with our courier, the cost of the return shipment of the package, at the standard shipping rate;


Refund Method

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned products paid for through Scalapay will be refunded to each customer's personal Scalapay account; they will not be refunded to the credit card linked to it or directly to the customer's bank account.

 

Refund Times

Please note that your refund will only be issued after approval by our Quality Control team. This is our way of ensuring that you are always satisfied with your purchases from Murphy&Nye. Please note that it may take approximately three weeks between the date you send the item back to us and the date we confirm whether the return has been accepted. We also remind you that, for orders paid by Credit Card, refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement.

 

What to do if you have a problem with the product received?

If you have encountered a problem with the product, please contact our Customer Service: we will be happy to offer you a suitable solution.



Change

The procedure for changing an item is completely free of charge.
You can request an exchange of the size or color of the ordered model within 30 days after delivery of the package, at no additional charge.
The first exchange is free of charge and we will pick up the package at the delivery address (unless otherwise directed by Customer Service). For any subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to replace the purchased product with a different model, please note that once you have passed the checks by the Warehouse on the returned merchandise, you will be sent a shopping cart credit that you can use for your next purchases
In the event that the item requested for the exchange is not available, you will be issued a discount voucher of equivalent value to the returned product, to be used on our site.

Please note: Once you have confirmed your free courier pickup reservation, you will no longer be able to change your exchange request to a refundable return.
