Orders are processed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
Delivery times for shipping are as follows:

- Italy: 1/2 business days;

- European Union: 2/3 business days;

- Rest of the world: 5 business days (excluding any customs clearance delays).

- Non-EU Countries: Please remember that any customs charges will be borne directly by the customer upon arrival of the package. The amount of these costs is determined entirely by the local customs office and not by RefrigiWear®. We also inform you that, in the event of a return of one or more products, the shipping costs for the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

You can return items via courier within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are possible for the same model, for size and/or color.
